What's it like to work with me?
Every project is unique, but your project will follow a basic process.
Gather Information
At the start of any learning project, we’ll meet to firm up your needs for the project and set goals and milestones.
Design Solutions
We will plan a design that includes our learning objectives, assessments, and outline of the project. We may storyboard and prototype videos or self-paced learning.
Develop Solutions
It’s time to bring your solution to life. I’ll use my tools to create the solution, which may include presentations, images, e-learning interactions, knowledge checks, video, workbooks, and more.
Launch & Go Live
I’ll work with your team to package and deliver your files to run on your systems. We may pilot the learning. We’ll evaluate the project and solution.
